Your results will be emailed directly to the email address you supplied on your COVID Testing Form (here) that you fill out with your test. Please look for an email from "TouchCare Shield" with the subject line of "COVID-19 Test Results." It's always a good idea to check your SPAM folder as well.
If you experience mild symptoms consistent with COVID-19, please reach out to your primary care physician. If you experience moderate or severe symptoms, please visit your nearest urgent care or emergency room. A negative test result means you did not have the virus at the moment of your saliva collection. You could have a negative test if you contracted the virus after you mailed your test back to the lab, or you may have another virus or infection causing your symptoms which still requires medical care. In very rare cases, you could have had a false negative result. If you are feeling ill, seek medical attention.
If you have a positive test result, then you are presumed to be contagious, regardless if you have symptoms. You must follow the CDC guidelines outlined in your results email which includes quarantining from other people and pets. You may develop symptoms in the coming days, or you may remain asymptomatic throughout the course of your illness. If you develop symptoms beyond mild dry cough, fever, and fatigue, you should reach out to your primary care physician or seek emergency care if your symptoms worsen.

If you have a positive test result, this indicates that RNA from several genes in the SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) were detected in your saliva sample, and that you were infected with the virus at the time that you produced the saliva sample. If you have a positive test result, then you are presumed to be contagious, and if you have symptoms such as fever, coughing or shortness of breath, it is very likely that you have COVID-19.
A negative test result means that the virus that causes COVID-19 was not found in your saliva sample. To put it precisely, this means that the RNA from several genes in the SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) were not detected in your saliva sample, and that you were not infected with the virus at the time that you produced the saliva sample.
