Shipping is FREE for regular UPS 2-day shipping. TouchCare Shield ships from our distribution center in New Jersey.
If you'd like to expedite your order, you can upgrade the shipping to overnight shipping for a fee. This fee is based on USPS Priority Express shipping rates and will be calculated in the checkout flow according to your location and quantity of tests ordered.
Yes. Once your order is mailed out from our distribution center, you will receive an email with your order tracking information. TouchCare Shield uses UPS for standard shipping.
If your shipment is damaged, please reach out to email@example.com and put "Damaged Delivery" in the subject line of your email. Please include your full name, order number, and phone number in the email. Someone from our team will reach out within 48 hours to help.
If you do not receive your package within 24 hours of the delivery time shown by your tracking number, please reach out to UPS with this information and email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Every test package comes with a pre-addressed shipping label on a poly mailer with a biohazard sticker. Make sure you have filled out the online form (here) to link your test to your record. You should also write your full name and date of birth on the vial itself with a Sharpie as an added security measure. Then, simply place your test tube in the plastic box it came in and place that into the bag with the label provided, seal, and mail.
No. Once you have done the test (i.e. spat into the tube and closed the capsule lid to cause the reagent to mix with your sample), you must mail your sample ASAP. The sample must be analyzed within 5 days of the sample being collected.
